Hand Truck Welding Cart DXF Files

This is the complete .dxf file package needed go make a hand truck welding cart like the one we use for our PrimeWeld Mig 180. Welder base is built specifically for that welder. You will need to measure to confirm your welder will fit if using another welder. Or just edit some of the files to your welder size. you will still need some tube to build this as well, no tube drawings are included in the files, only plate. The base is setup to use 1” round tube. If you don’t have a 1” round tube die that’s no problem. Just miter cut your angles.

You will need:

• Nearly a whole stick of 1” (we used 14ga)
• 2’ of .75x1.5 (we used 14ga) 
• 6’ of 1x1 square tube (we used 14ga)
