GX470 Swing Arm kit

This listing is for the swing arm set up ONLY. Not the lower bumper tube. This is a WIY kit. It will require welding and some simple fab work. All tubes are bent, but there will still be some cutting and notching. Detailed instructions will be provided along with customer support via Instagram DM or FB messenger. This is NOT a novice project. We do not recommend this as a first time welding project as it does have a fair amount of fab work involved. 

You will receive everything you need to mount a swing arm, with tire mount on your GX. If you would like to pair this with out WIY minimalist bumper check out our other listings!

Kit includes:

-Swing out hinge with all necessary hardware

- 2 pcs of 2x2 for mounting hinge assembly 

- Gussets and caps for hinge assembly mounting

- Main 2x3 arm

- Main 2x3 arm tube cap

- 2x2 upright for tire 

- 2x2 mounting tube for tire 

- 1.75 round tube, pre-bent for tire support braces 

- Tire mounting plate with lug studs 

- 3”x5” gusset for spare tire upright 

- Bike grip latch w/grip

- Swing arm stop plate 

- Swing arm landing pad w/ gussets 

-Swing arm landing pad end cap

-HDPE block for landing pad with 2 M6 countersunk bolts
